Strategic Property Review

Strategic Property Review

Currently many Clubs are reviewing what property options they have to maximise the return on their valuable yet under performing property assets.  In many cases we see Clubs being offered development proposals from external parties which are not necessarily in their long term strategic interests.

Many a Club has been led down the “garden path” by developers - the Club incurring not inconsiderable expense, only to be left in the same position that it was originally in, without any firm development proposal, or having relinquished its asset for little return.

We believe it is critical for Clubs to undertake their own research in the first instance before developers are contracted as it is essential that the brief is in the best interest of the Club, not the developer.

Lawler Partners Hospitality believes a structured approach involving the strategic assessment of property options ensures that the club comes first in any development proposal put forward.

Lawler Partners Hospitality can assist you club by undertaking an independent review of your property options including assessing development options, feasibility analysis and market demand studies.
