ASSISTANT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Barooga Sports Club is seeking to employ an experienced and suitably qualified person to the position of Assistant Chief Executive Officer/HR Manager for its group of Clubs.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a successful regional Club located on the Murray River, 2 1/2 hrs drive from Melbourne or 1 ½ hrs drive from Albury. The Club is the focal point of the growing Cobram-Barooga community and provides significant support to the many sporting and community organizations in the area.

This Senior Executive Position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for the Operational and HR management of the Group.

The Club operates a number of venues in the Barooga region including the Sports Club, Golf Club, Bowling Club and a Fitness Centre and also the Berrigan Golf and Bowling Club.  The group operates 289 gaming machines and employs 180 staff. 

The suitable applicant must demonstrate leadership and management qualities in a hospitality environment with a strong focus on Human Resources Management and extensive knowledge of gaming and bar operations.  Financial Management ability and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Bathurst RSL Club is seeking to employ an experienced and suitably qualified person to the position of Assistant General Manager.

This is a career opportunity for the right person in a successful regional Club.

The Club operates 126 gaming machines and employs 90 staff. 

The suitable applicant will demonstrate leadership and management qualities with a strong focus on Human Resources Management and extensive knowledge of gaming and bar operations.  Financial Management ability would be an advantage and interpersonal skills are essential.
