Loyalty CRM Programmes

Loyalty CRM Programmes

Everyone knows that it’s much easier and certainly cheaper to keep a customer than try to get a new one. However, several venues using player loyalty schemes, to try and keep their customers, continue to see them wander away, for any number of reasons.

It's one thing to ensure that your player loyalty scheme and your point-of-sale systems are talking to each other, but it's another to interpret the data that these systems deliver. Venues should devise appropriate strategies to act upon this data, especially when there are issues with customer retention.

Lawler Partners Hospitality has assisted numerous venues in developing the necessary data capture systems and formalise strategies to ensure customer retention.
