Gaming Operation Reviews

Gaming Operation Reviews

As gaming forms a key part of the revenue mix of most venues it is critical that operators understand gaming operations, the drivers and motivators behind gaming as well as the relevant harm minimisation requirements.

With the introduction of smoking bans in various jurisdictions the gaming market has undergone a permanent structural change. Venues need to understand these fundamental changes and adapt their business strategies in that regard.

We have undertaken considerable research in a number of jurisdictions on changes to player visitation and play patterns including their relevant impact on gaming venues.

Should your venue have suffered any adverse impact from changes in visitation patterns, such as declining gaming revenue, changes in player machine preferences, etc you need to undertake specific venue research to determine the causes of this change.
