Food & Beverage Reviews - Products & Services

The efficient operation of the Club’s catering department is critical to the financial performance of the entire Club. If quality food is not provided by a club, in an efficient/cost effective manner, the entire trade of the Club will suffer.

Too often we see underperforming catering operations that result in depressed revenue in a number of trading areas, including gaming revenue, and the catering department operating at a significant loss.

An efficient catering production line is essential for the financial success of any club.

With increases in gaming taxes, competition and the smoking bans, clubs can no longer afford to trade their food operations at a loss.

Our Approach

With any catering review there are two areas that must be addressed. These being:

  • Ensuring the Club has an efficient food production system that produces quality food on a consistent basis in a cost effective way.
  • The menu engineering and pricing is relevant to the Club’s target market, local demographics and is rated as “value for money” in terms of competing venues.
