Compliance ReviewsClubs are commonly given notice that they must provide certain Corporate Governance information by statutory declaration, and may be required produce a variety of other records for inspection by the regulator. To assist clubs ensure a high level of compliance we undertake Prudential Reviews of compliance levels to assist Club’s in their compliance with legislation. Prudential Reviews are a valuable tool in ensuring that a club is not breached and therefore not incurring large fines.
